| 22 January Congress should authorize a five-year pilot program to demonstrate the operation of a three-to-five member Military Dining Facility Contracting Board (MDFCB-or similarly named entity). Membership and size can be determined through negotiation. Military dining facilities previously contracted under the Randolph-Sheppard Act shall not be subject to this procedure until expiration of all option years. Military dining facilities previously contracted under the JWOD Act shall not be subject to this procedure until removed from the procurement list by the Committee for Purchase under current provisions. |

The Convention will be held at
the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino
located at 129 E. Freemont Street in downtown Las Vegas.
Sleeping rooms are $80.00 per night, plus 11 percent tax for Sunday through Thursday and $129.00 plus tax for Friday and Saturday. All sleeping room rates assume single or double occupancy. Additional charges of $20.00 per person per night will be added for additional occupants up to a maximum of four per room. All sleeping rooms will be in the South Tower. In addition, the meeting rooms are on the second floor of the South Tower. The coffee shop is just a few steps away from the South Tower elevator on the ground floor.
